We worked with Greenville Triumph in 2021 to design their Home, Third and Pre-Match jerseys. The primary aim of the project was to create some dynamic looking jerseys inspired by the history and culture of Greenville, SC as well as tying in some iconic references from footballing history. HOME The bright white collar and cuffs were inspired by classic NY Cosmos jerseys from the 70’s and 80’s. This was combined with a 90’s retro inspired mosaic sleeve pattern which took inspiration from Hibernians 1991 away shirt. Both this and the primary front-of-jersey pattern are representative of the flowing water of the Reedy river that runs through Greenville. More specifically still, the “Falls on the Reedy” which are in Falls Park and are a central meeting hub and a much beloved symbol of the city. THIRD The third jersey design for the season was created as a homage to the blue ridge mountains and the stunning undulating scenery that surrounds Greenville. The primary pattern of the shirt is a custom made topographic pattern of the city and surrounding area. The colour scheme of the jersey explores the royal and cool blues from the club crest to give an icy and refreshing vibe. PRE-MATCH Warm-up shirts are becoming more popular with teams of all sizes. It gives you an opportunity to have a secondary front of shirt sponsor and opens up revenue paths for more shirt sales. For Greenville, we created a striking pastel design that pays tribute to the South Carolina state flag with an alternating pattern of Palmetto Tree's and a Crescent Moon.
